Suggested Use

Each of these seven blends have an affinity for balancing and supporting the energies of their associated chakra.

Topical Use:

For use on the skin, dilute 1-2 drops of a Chakra Oil Blend with 7-10 drops (approximately 1/6 of a teaspoon) Chakra Carrier Oil and apply directly to chakra area and other pulse points to support a feeling of balance.

You can also mix 1-2 drops of a Chakra Oil into your favorite lotions, creams and body wash.

Aromatherapy Diffuser:

Use 10-15 drops of a Chakra Oil Blend in a water-based diffuser.

Chakra Room Sprays:

Make your own DIY chakra room spray to use before meditation, yoga or to simply fill your environment with good energy.

Chakra Room Spray Recipe

15-20 drops of the Chakra Oil Blend of your choice
1/4 cup Witch Hazel

Mix chakra oil with the witch hazel in a spray bottle and shake to combine. Mist in your room and enjoy the aroma.

Base/Root Chakra

It is thought that the base chakra gives energy to the other chakras, so it is important to keep the Root Chakra flowing for the other chakra centers to be in balance.

Symptoms of a blocked root chakra can include feelings of anxiety and fear, and can physically manifest as problems with the colon, legs and feet.

The first chakra is connected to the color red. Using your Chakra 1 Oil Blend, diffuse or inhale the scent from the bottle and visualize a bright red light radiating from the base of your spine (tailbone area) and rooting you deep into the earth.

Sacral Chakra

Silence is good for balancing the crown chakra, though listening to the universal sound of "Om" can be helpful. Spending time in the sunlight is also good for the Crown Chakra.
