History and BackgroundInula is an ancient herbal plant. At one time it was candied and sold as a treat. The Eastern part of the world still uses it as a spice, incense, and medicine. One can buy Inula tea, advertised to help with respiratory and digestive issues.
The British Herbal Pharmacopoeia lists it to be used for cough and bronchitis.
This oil is known to have an affinity to the heart chakra, perfect for those of us that are "faint-hearted."
Physical DescriptionIf made in a copper still, the oil will be green. If made in a stainless still, it will be yellow. The oil we have is a light yellow color.
