Native to Thailand, Plai oil is widely used by Thai massage therapists to assist customers with joint and muscle soreness.

Plai is of the same family as Ginger and while it looks very much like Ginger Root, it has different properties and more intense actions.

Uses of Plai Essential Oil

Add a few drops to an aromatherapy diffuser or vaporizer to calm a tense or stressful room.
Mix a few drops with a botanical carrier oil and apply to sore muscles and joints.
Got a crick in your neck? Add a few drops to a carrier oil and massage into the area where you're feeling pain.
