Using as much toothpaste as you wish, brush with gentle, circular motions for 2 minutes, at least twice a day. For best results we recommend our simple, 3 step care regimen. Floss, rinse and brush, with no spitting. A 4 oz tube lasts about 3 months when used twice daily.
